Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed – it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days for stocked items and 3-7 business days or as noted on the product listing for made-to-order and custom items.

If the item you purchase is out-of-stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Standard Shipping

Delivery time is 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 10-14 business days for international orders. Additional delays due to uncontrollable circumstances, such as, weather conditions or travel restrictions to some areas, may occur.

Tracking

Tracking number will be provided once the package is shipped. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
